No price on this page, on purpose.
Every other figure on this site was verified before it was published. Reputation pricing was not supplied to us on the same basis, so rather than publish a number we are not certain of, we publish none.
That is a slightly awkward thing to admit on a sales page, and it is a better look than a price that turns out to be wrong at the point somebody tries to buy it.
Pricing is confirmed on request, so no figure is published here. The parent agency publishes its own reputation packages on its site, and the link below goes straight there if you would rather read the figures at the source.
Read the packages on the parent site, or ask us for a quote.
Reputation work is delivered by the parent agency rather than under this brand, so the authoritative pricing lives there.
Four things we will not do.
Write reviews
Not under a customer name, not as a template a customer is asked to paste, not ever.
Buy reviews
Including from services that describe themselves as something other than what they are.
Gate the ask
Surveying customers first and only sending the happy ones to a review platform is against policy on the major platforms and it is dishonest regardless.
Promise removals
Of reviews, or of negative search results. There is a process for flagging a policy breach and there is no process for guaranteeing an outcome.
None of this is squeamishness. It is that a shop in a policed category is the worst possible candidate for a shortcut that leaves a detectable trail across its own profile.
The downside is not a slap on the wrist. It is a suspended profile in a trade where the map result is the transaction, at the exact moment you have started paying somebody to improve it.
The genuinely good news is that most locksmiths are sitting on far more goodwill than their review count suggests, because nobody ever asked. That gap is usually the whole opportunity.
The unglamorous version.
Make the ask routine
A consistent moment, a consistent channel, from the technician who did the work, while the customer still remembers being relieved.
Respond to everything
Good and bad, briefly, in a voice that sounds like a person. Future customers read the responses more carefully than the reviews.
Watch the pace, not just the count
Twenty reviews arriving in a week looks like exactly what it usually is. A steady trickle is both more credible and more durable.
Build assets that outrank the problem
Where a negative result is the issue, suppression through genuine published material is the mechanism. It is slow, and it is the honest version of what other people call removal.
Keep the profile itself clean
Reputation and verification are the same project here. A suspended profile takes your reviews off the map with it.
It is worth being honest about the timescale, because reputation work is slower than almost anything else on this site. A shop asking properly at the end of every job might add a handful of reviews a month, which is a year of patience before the count looks different from a competitor who started earlier.
Suppression of a negative search result is slower still, because it depends on genuine published material earning enough authority to outrank something that already has some. Anybody offering that in thirty days is describing a mechanism that does not exist.
The compensation for the slow pace is that it does not decay. A review count built honestly over two years survives platform changes, enforcement sweeps and algorithm updates, because there is nothing in it for anybody to find.
The shortcut version does not survive any of those things, and it fails at the worst moment: when scrutiny arrives, which in this category it eventually does.
A review does a different job in each segment.
Treating review strategy as one activity is the mistake. What a review is for, and therefore what a good one looks like, changes completely depending on which of the four intents brought the customer to you.
| SEGMENT | WHAT A REVIEW IS FOR | WHEN TO ASK |
|---|---|---|
| Emergency | Proof you turned up fast and charged what you quoted. Volume and recency both matter. | At the van, before you drive away. |
| Residential | Evidence for a customer comparing three shops over several days. Detail beats star count. | A day later, once they have used the new lock. |
| Automotive | Confirmation that you actually handled their make and model. Specificity is the value. | Immediately, while the vehicle is still in front of them. |
| Commercial | Almost never read by the buyer. The reference call replaces it entirely. | Ask for a reference, not a review. |
The commercial row is the one worth reading twice. A facilities manager evaluating you for a master key system is not reading your star rating. They are going to ask two people who have used you, and that conversation happens somewhere you will never see.
Which means the effort a commercial-focused shop puts into review volume is largely wasted, and the effort it puts into being referenceable is not. Ask your best commercial clients whether they would take a call. Most will say yes and nobody ever asks them.
The emergency row is the opposite. That customer is choosing from three map results in under a minute and the only thing separating you is a number and a handful of recent comments. Recency matters more than most shops realize; a strong rating built entirely three years ago reads as a business that may no longer exist.
The practical version of all this is a two-line change to how a technician ends a job, and it costs nothing. That is usually where we start, before anybody spends money on a program.
About reviews.
Will you write or buy reviews for us?01
No. Not written, not bought, not incentivized, and not filtered so only happy customers get asked. It is against every platform policy, it is detectable, and in a category already under extra scrutiny it is a fast way to lose the profile you are trying to protect. If that is what you are looking for, we are the wrong agency.
How do you increase reviews then?02
By making the ask routine rather than occasional. Most locksmiths do excellent work and never ask, or ask once, three days later, by text, from a number the customer does not recognize. Asking at the right moment, in the right channel, from a person the customer just met, is most of the difference.
What about a review we think is unfair?03
Respond to it, publicly, once, without arguing. A calm factual reply is read by every future customer and does more good than the removal you probably will not get. Where a review genuinely breaches platform policy there is a process to flag it, and we will help you use it without promising an outcome.
Can you remove negative search results?04
Removal is rarely the mechanism. The usual approach is suppression: building genuine positive assets that outrank the negative result over time. It is slower than people want and it is honest about what it is. Nobody should promise you deletion of something they do not control.
What does it cost?05
Confirmed on request. This site publishes no figure for reputation work because the pricing was not supplied to us as verified, and we would rather quote you than guess in public. The parent agency publishes its own reputation packages on its site, which is linked on this page.
The agency that will not fake it.
Reputation is where an agency gets asked to cross a line most often, and where crossing it does the most damage in a policed category. The commitments below are what we say instead.
Ultra SEO Solutions has been doing search work since 2009, across more than 15,000 clients and 28,500 websites, with 94 percent of clients staying. That record belongs to the parent agency across every industry it serves, and we do not dress it up as locksmith experience it never claimed to be.
What is specific to this trade is the argument the rest of this site makes: that verification and consistency decide more outcomes here than they do anywhere else, and that most of the money is sitting in the commercial and automotive work nobody markets for.
We do not guarantee rankings
No agency can. What we commit to is the quantity of work, the stated turnaround, and your ability to inspect every piece of it through a live URL.
We will recommend the smaller plan
When the numbers say Golden, we say Golden. The calculator on this site is built to tell you that before anybody from here speaks to you.
You own everything, permanently
Pages, content and placements stay yours after you stop paying. No contract, no notice period, no clawback. That policy is why month to month is possible.
We are not licensed locksmiths
We are a search marketing agency. We hold no locksmith licensing and no physical security credentials, and we will never imply otherwise.
Find out where you actually stand.
We will look at your review count against the shops ranking above you, and tell you whether reputation is your constraint or whether something else is costing you more.
