Profile and consistency work is in every tier including Basic at $65. There is no upsell here, because ranking a business whose record cannot be verified is work that undoes itself. Reinstatement on an already-suspended profile is assessed separately and we will say plainly when we think it is unlikely to succeed.
What the documented pattern looks like.
Addresses where no business operates. National call centers presenting as neighborhood shops. Advertised prices far below what any real job costs, with the actual number set at the door once somebody is already standing there.
This is a category-level description, and that is deliberate. We do not name companies and we do not accuse specific operators, because we are a marketing agency and that is not a determination we are qualified or entitled to make.
What we can do is describe the pattern accurately, help a legitimate business look unmistakably legitimate, and help clients use the process the platforms provide when a listing does not appear to represent a real business at a real location.
We help clients use the reporting process. We never promise a listing will come down.
The submission is ours to prepare properly. The decision belongs to the platform. Any agency that sells you removal as an outcome is selling something it does not control.
It is also worth being realistic about pace. Reports are assessed on the platform's schedule, not yours, and the most reliable defense remains being the shop whose own record is beyond question.
Five things, in this order.
Assemble the evidence file
Licensing where your state requires it, insurance, premises or vehicle documentation, and anything else that proves the operation exists. Usually the slowest step, so it starts first.
Fix the record before anyone looks
Name, address and phone made identical across the profile, the site, the directories and the review platforms. Inconsistency is what turns a routine check into a problem.
Configure honestly
Address shown if you staff one, hidden if you do not, and a service area that matches where the vans genuinely go rather than where you would accept a job.
Handle verification and reverification
This category carries additional steps and they recur. Knowing what is being asked for, and having the file ready, is most of what makes it painless.
Report what looks wrong, properly
Where a listing does not appear to represent a real business at a real location, we help you use the process the platform provides. Prepared carefully, submitted correctly, and never sold to you as a guaranteed outcome.
Suspension is not always fatal.
A suspended profile in this trade is common enough that it should not be treated as an emergency, and serious enough that it should not be ignored for a month. The first question is always why, and the answer usually falls into one of two groups.
Fixable causes are things like a mismatched address, a category that no longer matches the business, a name containing keywords it should not, or an edit made by somebody who no longer works there. Those have a path back.
Unfixable causes are things that were genuinely against the rules. We will tell you which one we think you are looking at before you spend anything, because taking money for a reinstatement attempt we expect to fail is not a business we want.
| WHAT STOPS | WHAT KEEPS WORKING |
|---|---|
| Map results and the local pack | Organic rankings for your service pages |
| New reviews on that profile | Reviews already published elsewhere |
| Emergency call volume, immediately | Commercial and planned work, mostly |
That last row is an argument for not depending on one channel. A shop with commercial pages earning organic traffic has something left when the map goes quiet. A shop with only emergency visibility has nothing.
Assemble it before you need it.
The single most useful thing a locksmith can do about verification is boring: put the documents in one folder now, while nothing is wrong, so that a request for them is an afternoon rather than a fortnight.
Verification in this category tends to arrive at inconvenient times and on someone else's clock. Shops that already have the file assembled treat it as an errand. Shops that do not spend two weeks chasing a certificate while their map position sits idle.
What gets asked for varies by platform, by state and by year, so treat any list, including this one, as a starting point rather than a specification. Check the current requirements at the time you are asked.
Licensing is the part that catches people out, because it is not uniform. Some states license locksmiths directly, some regulate through a broader security or contractor category, and some do not license at all. Knowing which one applies to you is worth ten minutes.
State licensing, where it applies
Current, in the exact business name on the profile. A license in a personal name against a profile in a trading name is a mismatch waiting to be found.
Insurance certificates
General liability at minimum, plus bonding where your state or your commercial clients require it.
Proof of premises or vehicles
Signage, an exterior shot, a utility bill, or the van and its stock. Which one is useful depends on whether you staff a location.
Registration documents
The registered entity name, the trading name if different, and the tax identifiers that tie them together.
A single canonical record
One written version of the business name, address and phone that everything else gets checked against. Most inconsistency starts because there was never an agreed original.
Trade association membership
ALOA or similar, where you hold it. Not required and genuinely useful, both as evidence and to a commercial buyer reading your site.
The hard ones.
Can you get a fake listing removed?01
No, and nobody honest will tell you otherwise. Search engines provide a process for reporting listings that appear not to represent a real business at a real location. We help clients gather what the process asks for and submit it properly. What happens next is decided by the platform, not by us, and we do not promise a result.
Our profile was suspended. Can you get it back?02
Often, but not always, and the honest answer depends on why. A suspension caused by a fixable inconsistency, a bad category or an address problem usually has a path back through reinstatement. A suspension caused by something that was genuinely against the rules may not. We will look at it and tell you which one you are before you pay for anything.
Why does this trade have extra verification steps?03
Because the category has a documented history of listings that do not represent real businesses, and the platforms responded by raising the bar for everyone in it. That is inconvenient for legitimate shops and it is also the reason a verified, consistent record is worth more here than in trades where nobody checks. Requirements change, so confirm the current process rather than relying on what was true last year.
Is this an extra cost?04
No. It is part of every plan, from the $65 tier upward, because separating it would be strange: a program that ranks a business whose record cannot be verified is a program that wastes its own work. Reinstatement work on an already-suspended profile is handled case by case and we will tell you upfront if it looks unlikely.
What do you need from us?05
Evidence that the business is what it says it is. Typically that means licensing where your state requires it, insurance documentation, vehicle or premises photographs, and consistent details you can confirm. Gathering that is usually the slowest part, so starting early helps.
The agency that says no to this.
Everything on this page is about refusing to overstate what we control. In a category full of removal promises that is unusual enough to be worth stating as a policy rather than as a mood.
Ultra SEO Solutions has been doing search work since 2009, across more than 15,000 clients and 28,500 websites, with 94 percent of clients staying. That record belongs to the parent agency across every industry it serves, and we do not dress it up as locksmith experience it never claimed to be.
What is specific to this trade is the argument the rest of this site makes: that verification and consistency decide more outcomes here than they do anywhere else, and that most of the money is sitting in the commercial and automotive work nobody markets for.
We do not guarantee rankings
No agency can. What we commit to is the quantity of work, the stated turnaround, and your ability to inspect every piece of it through a live URL.
We will recommend the smaller plan
When the numbers say Golden, we say Golden. The calculator on this site is built to tell you that before anybody from here speaks to you.
You own everything, permanently
Pages, content and placements stay yours after you stop paying. No contract, no notice period, no clawback. That policy is why month to month is possible.
We are not licensed locksmiths
We are a search marketing agency. We hold no locksmith licensing and no physical security credentials, and we will never imply otherwise.
Find out where you actually stand.
We will check whether your record is consistent across every surface, whether your configuration matches the business you actually run, and whether anything about it is likely to attract the wrong kind of attention.
